Where the River Runs Dark and the Scent Runs Deep.
The Everglades, known as “river of grass,” is a slow-moving river of water flowing through sawgrass marshes, beginning at Lake Okeechobee moving southward. Flow areas are both sawgrass plains and vast areas of various types of vegetation. The water is clear and pure due to natural purification system but often appears dark due to the tannins from fallen vegetation. Ole’ Black water is a nod to the vast area covered in water flow.
Ole’ Blackwater is a masculine scent, starting bright and citrusy, much like a soft breeze moving through fresh grassland and ending balanced and clean as well as grounded in freshness.
Pine needle, spearmint, cedarwood, and oakmoss open with a fresh, woodsy bite and deepen into a smooth, grounded finish that lasts all day. It’s the scent of the backcountry — refined enough for anywhere you go.
