A HEMA Free Gel Base specifically designed for Pigments. 

It is formulated to ensure that the pigment is applied smoothly and adhered to the nail to prevent chipping as well as uneven finishes. 

For the Popsicle Mirror Brush On Pigment this base must be cured for 60 seconds (not on any low mode) then the pigment can be brushed on.
